The Old Post Office was born in Kemerton in early 2019, just a few doors down from The Crown Inn, another cherished part of our family. Originally, our vision was to revive the recently closed post office as a unique antique and curio shop, complete with a small, dog-friendly café and a selection of village shop essentials.
The early days were challenging, but when COVID struck, we saw an unexpected boom—cyclists and walkers embraced our cosy space, and the demand for great coffee and homemade treats soared. With this growing success, we expanded to The Old Beckford Post Office—a larger site with ample parking and a spacious courtyard, perfect for our evolving vision.
Over the years, we’ve remained dedicated to serving exceptional coffee and delicious homemade cakes. We also teamed up with talented local artisans to create The Beckford Collective, offering a curated selection of unique, handcrafted gifts you won’t find on the high street.
